Peace & Relief from Anger.

Being peaceful is one of the most important thing in human life. Peaceful ambience, soft musics, soft speaking and many other things are there in relation with peace. We can experience it ourselves by switching on a loud radio and stopping it after a few minutes ,the area becomes silent, that moment that peaceful ambience is good for our health. We ourselves can feel it. A garden ambience is very peaceful with flowers, birds and cool breeze. It gives relief for a person who has tension. Now we can move to anger relief.
There are many ways in which we can avoid anger. We can drink water as soon as we lose our temper. Then we can prevent it by counting one to ten very very slowly. If we never want temper to arise in us yoga or doing exercise is the best remedy for that.If we have these two qualities in our lives it helps us in many ways. While reading we will be able to understand its effects by practising we understand. There is a proveb "WHILE WE EAT A GOOSEBERRY WE FEEL VERY SOUR BUT AFTER EATING IT AND DRINKING LITTLE WATER WE FEEL IT TASTY."
