POEM
The Girl

In the midst of the night, when stars shine bright,
Up she goes and up she goes….
To the sky, the girl flows…
Every night the same dream,
The sky, star, and all, to her seem,
The essence of her life..!!

The flowing doll will do her part
The rest will be decided by Lord
The shining face,
The bright smile
The twinkling eyes…
Will slowly fade away..!!

In the crowd of people,
In the tide of mob,
Lies she apart,
She does sob...
No one to listen to her cries of agony,
The girl slowly shrinks away!!

Gone are the days of ecstasy,
The girl is only left with misery…
The wound she is endeavoring to heal
Is at a place she herself doesn’t know.
She tries hard to help herself,
So that the seeds of joy she could sow!!

The flowing doll surpasses the pain,
And up she goes and up she goes…
She moves away from the rain,
The sunshine, the breeze…
And lands in an alien land,
Where her feelings freeze…
THE FLOWING DOLL GOES UP AND UP…
IN SEARCH OF THE HEAVEN..!!
