The smell of flowers was all around,
a cute cradle with bells was found.
I was refreshed at its sight,
and became cheerful by the bright sunlight.
I knew the exact and apt meaning of happiness,
when I entered my room filled with calmness.
A little princess was in the hands of my mother
She's your sister, whispered my father.
I took her from my mother's hands,
as gently as a fairy moves her wand.
I kissed her on her forehead,
and made her lie on a soft bed.
The best gift I ever had,
the best gift I could ever have!

Your expressions are simply superb. Especially "I took her from my mother's hands, as gently as a fairy moves her wand". Keep it up.
