A sheet of leather measuring 18 x 11 cm. (You could cut this out from an old leather bag), Wool, scissors and a punch.
1. Cut two 'U' shaped pieces from the sheet of leather.
2. Hold the two pieces together and punch holes all around the edges.
3. Thread wool through the holes and knot the ends.
4. You could stick a pretty cross-stitch patch on one side. You now have a pretty case to keep spectacles in."
Dimdima is the Sanskrit word for ‘drumbeat’. In olden days, victory in battle was heralded by the beat of drums or any important news to be conveyed to the people used to be accompanied with drumbeats.
