Muscle Endurance

Muscle Endurance is the capacity of a muscle or a group of muscles to perform repeated contractions against a given load for a long period. A tennis player at any of the grand slam tournaments has to serve for three to four hours during a match. If he did not have the muscle endurance in his shoulders, back and legs, he would not be able to compete at that level.
