Parts of the speech:
1. Noun: A noun is the name of a person, place or thing. Eg: Dog, Ice, John, Gujarat etc.
2. Verb: A Verb is a word showing action. Eg: Think, Grow, Eat, etc
3. Adjective: An adjective tells you something more about the noun. Eg: Green, Tall, etc
4. Pronoun: A pronoun is a word that can be used instead of the Noun. Eg: I, Me, My, You, etc
5. Adverb: An adverb tells you something more about a verb. Eg: slowly, safely etc
6. Preposition: A preposition is a word that shows relationships among other words in the sentence. Eg: In, on, over, etc
7. Conjunction: A Conjunction connects two parts of a word or sentence. Eg: And, But, If, etc.
8. Interjection: An Interjection is a word that conveys emotion when added to a sentence. Eg: Wow! Ouch! Etc
