The heart is a strong muscle,
Pumping blood in a rhythmic cycle
The arteries and veins are the highways
Flowing blood through subways and byways,
For the plasma, nutrients, and various rh factors,
Makes every part and organ of the body the benefactor,
There is no way without my heart beating,
There is no day without the blood and oxygen mixing.
My heart helps all the way, power me through the day
My heart helps to use my feet, and to meet
My heart helps me go for a run, have some fun,
My heart helps me to ride a cart, throw a dart,
My heart helps me take a nice walk, besides makes me talk
To keep our heart healthy, is the wisest way to be wealthy
A heart saved is a life born as such.
