The Two Princess

Once upon a time in a palace there lived a king and a queen. They had two daughters, Goldy and Ruby. Goldy was kind but Ruby was rude. The king and the queen always advised Ruby not to be rude to others. But she never listened to them. One day a prince came to the palace. He put his hands together, bowed at the king and said, "Your honour, I am looking for a bride. So can I see your daughters and marry the one I like?" The king was glad to hear this and he agreed promptly. He sent for his daughters immediately. As they entered the court, seeing the prince Goldy bowed her head and paid obeisance. But Ruby looked quite annoyed and rudely asked the prince, "Who are you? What do you want? How dare you disturb my sleep?" The prince made up his mind at once. Turning to the King he said, "Your honour, I have found my bride. I want to marry the first Princess. She seems quite charming and lovable. I shall be honoured if you let me marry her." The king and the queen were overjoyed to hear this. Ruby was ashamed of herself. She decided never to be rude to anyone. She apologized for her bad behaviour and said that her lovely sister was really lucky to get a charming prince as her husband. The handsome prince married Goldy and they lived happily ever after.
